Isaac Sink is a Stork maintenance manager, currently working for AJS in the Netherlands.
AJS executes all maintenance and modifications work for all the Shell offshore production facilities in the Dutch and UK sectors of the Southern North Sea. The work includes 51 offshore assets and 2 gas plants in Den Helder (NL) and Bacton (UK).
Isaac provides leadership for the Maintenance and Construction work preparation team of the total offshore and onshore Asset of Shell. As a manager he is responsible for the total technical integrity of the Shell Asset. By implementing a strategic asset management philosophy technical integrity is assured for the total designed life time and beyond. Future investment is been balanced around all aspects of functional safety.
Isaac started his career as maintenance engineer in the Royal Dutch Submarine Navy. He studied electronics and mechanical engineering at the Navy University. Isaac left the Navy after 13 years to work for Ericsson as a Project manager in the Network maintenance and Engineering division. After studying Management and Organisation at university he joined Stork Asset Maintenance Solutions to get maintenance support engineering to a higher level. Key words are lean and smart working.

Ron C. Hewson has a long history in Materials Engineering Consultancy, Inspection and Asset Integrity.
Ron is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institute of Minerals, Mining and Materials (IOMMM) and has a Degree in Materials Engineering.
Ron has worked as a Consultant to the Steel industry, Petrochemical and Oil and Gas industry. He joined ICI Engineering in 1974 and latterly ABB in 2001, and as a member of ABB Engineering Services provides international consultancy in Asset and Integrity Management. Ron also combines this with a Sales Management role for Asset Integrity Management in ABB ES.

David K. H. Lim began working on maintenance and inspection engineering management system in ARCO Refinery Los Angeles in 1989. Since then he replicated the same system to Chevron Los Angeles and Continental Airlines. By mid 90’s David joined Strategic Information Systems in Singapore and was assigned to design, create and implement Asset Integrity Management systems for many Shell sites throughout South East Asia. Besides Oil Gas, has also worked on AIMS system in Hong Kong International Terminal world’s 2nd largest port and Cement Thai in Thailand. David is now running his own company called Primalux and currently working on a Static Integrity Management System in Brunei Shell Petroleum called CIRRAS; this system will grow to incorporate RBI, RCM and IPF methodologies.

Dr. M Ayman AbdulSalam has over 30 years of engagement with industry, as a researcher, then as a specialist consultant, a quality administrator and a technical leader. Ayman joined RasGas Company in 1997 and participated in the commissioning of new facilities, trouble shooting, modifications and engineering activities. Ayman is the manager of Static Equipment Engineering section which houses the company’s subject matter expertise on integrity, mechanical, pipeline, corrosion, material, programmatics, civil and structural. He is also the Administrator of RasGas Facility Integrity Management System (FIMS) covering company’s facilities offshore, onshore, storage and loading.

He has been working on design and commissioning of process, safety, mechanical and piping system for different oil and gas projects. He had worked and managed different Asset Integrity Management Projects for both the upstream and downstream industry. He also worked for different Verification and Certification projects for ADMA-OPCO, BP, Total Fina Elf, Shell, Premier Oil and others.

Steven J. Cooke, MChE, CQE, CQA, FAIC, is an experienced Quality Systems professional with an extensive background in Integrated Regulatory Systems (PSM, RMP, ISO). He has applied his unique technical and business experience to quality improvement through multiple national and multinational companies around the world. His breadth of knowledge in the application of quality principles to business and manufacturing processes is well respected. He is a patent recipient, and is the author of the Industrial Gases chapter of the 10th and 11th Editions of Riegel's Handbook of Industrial Chemistry as well as many scientific articles. He is currently engaged as the Senior Quality Management Engineer for ADGAS in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, implementing the Asset Integrity and Reliability Management System.

Jamie Robb. BSc, C.Eng has more than 25 years experience in the oil and gas sector, joining ABS Consulting from an executive position within a specialist consultancy company where he had five years experience in managing and developing the UK and then international operations.
Prior to this he spent 17 years in senior safety engineering supervisory and management positions within the offshore oil and gas industry.
He is experienced in implementing and managing work including quantitative and qualitative risk assessment, safety studies, safety cases (design, operations, combined operations), HSE critical system performance standards, HAZOP/HAZID/SIL, loss prevention engineering, HSE management systems and independent verification.

Dr Xingmin Hu has a PhD degree in Erosion-corrosion behaviour of high alloy stainless steel. He has worked as postdoctoral researcher with various projects related to oil and gas pipeline erosion-corrosion in Corrosion and Surface Engineering Research Group in Heriot-Watt University and University of Leeds.

After obtaining a BSc in Chemistry in 1987, Dr. Mohamed Abou Zour joined Arabian Gulf Oil Company, AGOCO in Libya for 7 years. During this time he took over various roles including laboratory chemist, quality controller and technical training coordinator. Mohamed continued his postgraduate studies at UMIST, UK. Mohamed had an MSc followed by a PhD in Corrosion Engineering. Mohamed was employed by CAPCIS Ltd, UK as a project engineer. During his employment he was managing various projects within the specialized testing group to qualify chemistries for various inhibitor applications with worldwide customers. Mohamed joined Nalco in 2003 and assumed various roles within Nalco including technical sales, account management, technical manger for the Middle East and currently he is appointed as an industrial technical consultant for asset integrity for EMEA region. Mohamed is also a visiting Lecturer at the American University of Sharjah, and university of UAE and involved with academic institutes in the Middle East as part of under and postgraduate programs.

Mahmoud Selim Nasif has over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience in the area of integrity. He has developed/retrofitted corrosion control and inspection/monitoring programs for several operations including Oil, Gas, water and LNG plants. He is currently working with ADGAS inspection department. Much of his working experience is related to the field of corrosion control, RBI, material selection, cathodic protection, chloride Risk Rating (RR) and assets integrity management. Mahmoud has been a member of NACE since 1990.

Dr. Hamdi Daghmouni holds a Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering and an Executive Master Business Administration. Hamdi is a team leader (WIMS) with more than 15 years of versatile experience which comprises mainly Subsurface/Completion/ design and implementation, drilling/work over operations. Hamdi also has a strong knowledge and experience in reservoir monitoring management, FDP and full field development plans (FDPs).

He has over 20 years professional experience in the Gas Industry mainly in LNG and NGL (Maintenance, Projects & Integrity Management) and held several senior positions such as Integrity Assurance Division Manager, Senior Project Manager for Habshan & Bab Plant, Senior Project Manager (Mechanical & Civil), Engineering and Maintenance Superintendent for Bab Plant and Electrical Section Head for Ruwais Plant. Abdul Hameed holds a Bsc Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Northrop, USA, 1987.

Mostafa Kadri holds a BSc in Metallurgy and an MSc in Mechanics from Sheffield University, UK. Mostafa has more than 23 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry in the field of inspection, integrity management and RBI.
He has been a senior specialist engineer (FFP/RBI) with ADCO (UAE) since 2001. His previous experience was in the petrochemical, gas and utility industry in Qatar, Saudi, Libya and Algeria.
His other area of expertise is in QA/QC, welding and material selection for downhole completion of wells and surface facilities .
